El que pega primero, pega dos veces

Cuando el boxeador utiliza el saco de entrenamiento en su acondicionamiento físico, un consejo básico es golpear al saco una vez y hacerlo nuevamente cuando éste se encuentra lo más lejos del atleta. Se trata de aprovechar el impulso del primer golpe y rematar la estrategia con un segundo impacto más fuerte, en lugar de esperar a que regrese el saco y tener que contrarrestar su fuerza para un segundo golpe con menor potencia.
